Bio
I am a Brainspotting Trainer and Certified Brainspotting Consultant who is a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in addictions, perinatal mental health, and telemental health. My practice serves people who have experienced difficult past events that are still present today in a negative manner, people struggling with addiction who desire to maintain sobriety, and Perinatal Mental Health topics including fertility challenges, difficult pregnancy and birth, miscarriage, infant loss,NICU stays, and pre and postpartum depression, anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. My goal is to join with you to find relief as soon as possible.
